EU takes action: Unexpected decision on Libya

The European Union has decided to provide air and sea patrols to prevent the supply of weapons to Libya.

Axar.az informs that, speaking about the EU's decision, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Jose Borrelli, said that if no action was taken, Libya's fate would be in the hands of Turkey and Russia.
