The US has run out of protective equipment

Personal protective equipment has run out due to coronavirus in the United States.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Reuters.

According to the report, the country has run out of protective masks, medical gloves, respirators, as well as gowns.

A small number of protective equipment had been handed over to federal emergency services.

"The means of protection that can help fight the coronavirus pandemic are almost exhausted," the statement said.

The United States currently ranks first in the world for coronavirus infection. There have been more than 188,000 infections in the country. According to the latest information, 3873 people died of coronavirus.
