Axar.az reports that the statement came from EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

It's good to talk about the Marshall Plan, but the problem is that we don't have any "Mr. Marshall." Now we are "Mr. Marshall" ourselves. A certain Marshall Plan may be required for Africa, but there will be no Marshalls to help Europe today.

The Marshall Plan was developed for restoration in the late 1940s. We must prevent the collapse. We urgently need an economic plan so that companies do not close one after another. We are facing a huge economic neutron bomb. "We can't wait for the health threat to end to resist the economic crisis."
