Putin: I understand you, but there is no other choice

I understand that for many, being constantly between four walls is tiring and tedious, but there is no other choice.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin in his address to the Russian people.

"Russia has experience in overcoming the crisis. For this, there is a macroeconomic situation, minimal public debt, and a neat airbag," Putin said.
