Axar.az reports this was stated by the founder of Microsoft Bill Gates.

He said it would take at least a year to develop a pandemic vaccine.

"If the vaccine is not found, life will not return to normal. In particular, it will not be possible to hold mass events."

Gates stressed that China is a very good example to understand what life will be like after the pandemic:

"People in China have started to return to work, but have been forced to wear medical masks. The body temperature of people on the street is constantly monitored."
