Georgia has refused to extend the state of emergency

The Georgian government has decided not to extend the state of emergency imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia.

"Of course, we are well aware that the challenges are even worse after this global pandemic, but we also understand that we must slowly and carefully return the country to a normal pace of life. "Unfortunately, no one can say what the world will be like after the coronavirus."
