No military solution, no bombs, no drones will bring peace to Libya.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from UN Secretary-General's Spokesman Stephane Dujarric.

"The UN's message is clear: Stop the bombing and the shootings!" said the diplomat.

Stephen Williams, an adviser to the organization's special envoy to Libya, said the Libyan crisis was moving in a different direction.

"Both sides are witnessing an influx of weapons, military equipment, and mercenaries," he said. We conclude that the war will expand, intensify, and deepen. "Unfortunately, this will also have devastating effects on the Libyan people."
