Critical talks between the US and Turkey

Turkish Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalin had a telephone conversation with US National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien.

Axar.az reports that the two officials discussed bilateral relations, the fight against a new type of coronavirus, NATO solidarity, regional issues, and the processes in Syria and Libya.

At the same time, they exchanged views on the need to support the Government of National Accord in Libya and to stop the illegal attacks of the rebel Khalifa Haftar.

It was agreed to make more efforts to find a solution to the Syrian crisis and fight all forms of terrorism.

The importance of NATO solidarity was also stressed.
