Russian mercenaries withdrew from Libya

1,600 fighters of the Russian private military company Wagner have left the war zone in western Libya.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from a spokesman for the Libyan National Government, Mohammad Kununu.

According to him, Russian mercenaries left Beni Walid Airport in two military transport planes from the western regions. It is unknown where they went.
