We must strengthen the dialogue with Russia - Maas

Russia can contribute to the solution of many international problems.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas. He said that an intensive dialogue between Moscow and Berlin is necessary for the formation of a positive agenda:

"We need an intensive dialogue. Specifically, there must be a dialogue between our countries, governments, parliaments and societies. We can create a positive agenda for new dynamics."
