This country surpassed China in the number of deaths

India has surpassed China in the number of deaths from a new type of coronavirus.

Axar.az reports that to date, 4,711 people have died in India due to the pandemic. In China, the figure is 4,634.

In India, 7,466 people were infected with the new type of coronavirus per day, and 175 people died. In total, 165,799 people across the country are carriers of the pandemic.
