Russia may be behind the protests in the United States.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Susan Rice, National Security Adviser to former US President Barack Obama.

"I am not surprised to learn that Russia is inciting both sides with the help of social networks. I would not be surprised if it is revealed that they are sponsoring it in any way,” he said.
