S-400 statement from Russia: Turkey's latest decision

Russia has issued a statement on S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems. Moscow is waiting for Turkey's final decision on the delivery of the second delivery of S-400s.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Dmitry Shugayev, director of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation.

"Given the limitations of COVID-19, it is incorrect to predict when the agreement on the supply of the second batch will be signed. Again, there is a lot of progress in the dialogue between the parties on the issue," Shugayev said.
