World War III will soon begin.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin.

He said the world was on the verge of change.

"World War III is still a hybrid and is approaching. If we compare it with World War I, we can say that the situation is similar to 1913."
