A large US chain of stores has stopped selling weapons

The US chain Walmart has suspended the sale of firearms and ammunition due to riots in the country.

Axar.az informs this was reported by CNN.

"As a precautionary measure, we removed weapons and ammunition from the shelves of shopping centres," the company said.

It should be noted that the Walmart chain of stores was founded in 1962. The company employs 2.3 million people in 11.7 thousand stores in 28 countries.
