Zelensky appointed a new foreign intelligence director

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has fired the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Valery Yevdokimov.

Axar.az reports that the information was posted on the official website of the President of Ukraine.

Zelensky has appointed Valery Kondratyuk, a former deputy head of the presidential administration, to foreign intelligence.

Kondratyuk is a reserve lieutenant general. In 2014-2015, he headed the counterintelligence department of the National Security Service of Ukraine. In 2015, he was appointed head of the General Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
