Azerbaijan plans to buy "Antonov" military planes

Ukraine has signed contracts for the supply of Ukrainian aircraft to Saudi Arabia, as well to Azerbaijan.

Report informs referring to Daily.ua, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said during the celebrations on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the "Antonov" State Agency.

According to him, as a result of intergovernmental negotiations with Azerbaijan, it was agreed that Azerbaijan will buy Ukrainian-made "Antonov" military planes.

Also, according to him, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for the first time in many years ordering new aircraft to "Antonov" State Agency.
