Axar.az reports that the statement came from US President Donald Trump during a speech in South Dakota.

"Our country has witnessed a campaign of the ruthless destruction of our history, the erasure of our values. Inflamed groups are trying to destroy the monuments of our founders. They think the American people are weak, but this is not the case. Their goal is not a good America, their goal is to end America."
