It is honor for me to represent the United Kingdom in Azerbaijan, the newly-appointed UK ambassador to Azerbaijan Carole Crofts said in her welcome video-message.

She said the two countries have been cooperating for around 25 years.

“We have achieved a lot of success during this period. We have strong relations and they continue to develop.

I attach great importance to sustainable development and mutually beneficial relations. Based on the success of previous ambassadors, I am looking forward to work with the Azerbaijani people for prosperous, stable and secure future of both countries,” the ambassador said in his welcome speech (in Azerbaijani language).
