The Russia-Taliban agreement is an act of intelligence

The issue of an agreement between Russia and the Taliban was considered by the Afghan special services.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Suhail Shahin, the Taliban's representative in Qatar.

He said that the Afghan special services were trying to obstruct the peace process in the country.

The US media reported that Russian military intelligence paid a reward to the Taliban for killing US soldiers.
