We do not plan to add Donbas to Russia - Kozak

The Russian government has never discussed the possibility of Donbas joining Russia.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media that the statement came from Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak.

"Such issues have never been discussed at the state level. The statements of politicians and public organizations on this issue should be considered as their personal views," he said.
