Stoltenberg: If NATO increases military spending

NATO's demand to increase military spending by 2% of GDP will help countries recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.

"Investing in new military capabilities means investing in the military industry. This, in turn, will stimulate our economies to overcome the consequences of the pandemic. The pandemic has created big problems for all NATO members, but the security threat has not disappeared."
