US decision on Iran: $ 879 million in compensation

A US court has ruled that Iran must pay $ 879 million in compensation to the families of American servicemen killed in a 1996 terrorist attack on the Khobar Towers residential complex in Saudi Arabia.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the Air Force newspaper. According to the report, the court ruled to compensate 14 servicemen and 21 members of their families in Tehran.

It should be noted that 19 servicemen were killed and 500 were injured in the terrorist attack on Khobar Towers.
