EU expresses concern on Armenian provocation

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar expressed concern over the incident on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.

Axar.az reports he wrote this on his Twitter page.

"I am very worried about the shooting on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. "Both sides must show restraint and use all channels of communication directly and through the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group," Klaar said.
