Yerevan's shameful lie: we have not appealed the CSTO

The convening of an emergency meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization at the insistence of Yerevan and its immediate cancellation due to the provocation in Tovuz is being discussed in Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan told the media that "at this stage, there is no need for military assistance from the Collective Security Treaty Organization."

He said that the scale of the current conflict is not so great.

It should be noted that Armenia itself issued an official statement to the CSTO immediately after the June 12 clashes, asking for help.
