Terrorists seize business centre in Kiev

An unidentified man entered a business centre in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, and said he would blow himself up.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Deputy Interior Minister of Ukraine Anton Gerashenko.

He said the bomber was 35 years old and was at Universal Bank in the Leonardo business centre. Gerashenko said that at present the only person left is the head of the bank. He said police were currently in talks with the terrorist.
