Libya is breathing with the help of Turkey.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Libya's first vice speaker Jalal Saleh al-Shuwayhidi.

"With Turkey's help, the process in Libya has changed dramatically. They have breathed new life into the Government of National Accord. Russia, Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Jordan are doing the same. But with Turkey's support, we have dealt a heavy blow to the rebel Khalifa Haftar." the speaker said.
