Axar.az reports that the statement was made by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on his Facebook page in connection with the "Normandy format".

He said he wanted to cross the road to peace in a transparent and open manner.

Zelensky called the "Normandy format" a starting point for ending the conflict and said the Minsk agreement was important in resolving difficult problems.
