Taliban: We buy weapons from Kabul, not Russia

We have just political relations with Russia.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Suhail Shahin, head of the Taliban's Political Office. He said the Taliban had received weapons from many places, including the Afghan army.

"We have a stockpile of weapons in Afghanistan. We also get weapons from the Kabul administration. At one point, hundreds of thousands of weapons were reported missing. At that time, we took their weapons. We have enough ammunition and we got all of them from the Kabul administration."
