Putin offers condolences to India’s leadership

Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered his condolences to Indian President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the plane crash at Kozhikode airport, the Kremlin press service reported on Saturday.

Axar.az reports citing Russian media.

"Please accept my deepest condolences in connection with the tragic consequences of a passenger plane crash in the city of Kozhikode," the president noted.

Putin also asked to convey his words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the crash.
