Hungary buys 850 million euro missiles from the US

Hungary has signed a major arms deal with the United States.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from US Ambassador to Hungary David Cornstein.

He said that Budapest intends to buy a US missile worth 850 million euros.

MIT reports that it will buy an AMRAAM medium-range air-to-air missile from the Hungarian company Raytheon. The agency said that Hungary intends to modernize its air defence systems.
