I am safe and I haven`t run away - Lukashenko

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has denied reports that he has left the country.

Axar.az reports that Lukashenko said this in his address to the nation.

According to him, some forces want to aggravate the situation with such steps:

"First of all, I want to say that everything is fine with me. I am safe and sound. All the rumours that I have left the country are baseless. I am currently in Belarus and have not left the country," Lukashenko said.
