2000 protesters detained in Belarus have been released

More than 2,000 people detained during protests in Belarus have been released.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Belarusian Interior Ministry.

"More than 2,000 people have already been released. This process is ongoing and is continuing. We are doing our best to improve the situation," the statement said.
