Axar.az reports that, the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin during an online meeting with missile engineer Herbert Yefremov, RIA Novosti reported.

"I have said many times that we must be in the role of sustainable development for decades, you know very well. This includes nuclear, nuclear weapons, long-range strategic aviation and intercontinental missile technology," Putin said.

He noted that Russia has the most modern weapons, which are many times superior in terms of strength and speed:
