Normalization of bilateral relations with Russia is possible after the liberation of our lands from occupation. Only then can we talk about our relationship.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Archil Talakvadze. According to him, Russia has not yet made any significant political decision to implement the ceasefire agreement:

"As Georgia succeeds, Russia is trying to prevent this success through disinformation. The government is doing everything to ensure that people have objective information and make the right decisions."
