Turkey will make every effort for the economic, diplomatic and social development of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Axar.az informs that the statement came from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a joint press conference with President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ersin Tatar.

"Our goal is to raise the living standards of the people of Northern Cyprus and make them look to the future with more confidence. Turkish Cypriots will always see Turkey with them. I hope we will leave all the difficulties behind and go to better days together," Erdogan said.
