Another earthquake in Izmir

A 5-magnitude earthquake has shaken Turkey's Aegean region.

Axar.az reports that the information was spread by the Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) under the Turkish Interior Ministry.

The epicentre was reported in Seferihisar district of Izmir province.

The epicentre was reported at 08.31 local times at a depth of 7 kilometres.

The exact consequences of the earthquake are not yet known.

A magnitude 6.9 earthquake shook the region of Turkey yesterday.
