Police holding anti-terrorist operation in Istanbul

The police launched an anti-terrorist operation in Turkey's Istanbul city on June 10 in the morning, the Milliyet newspaper reported.

Around 20 people have already been detained as a result of the operation. However, their names haven't been disclosed.

Reportedly, anti-terrorist operations will be carried out on June 10 in other large cities of Turkey as well.

The latest such operation was carried out by the police in Istanbul on May 27.
