The US sent a message to Moscow with HIMARS

The U.S. Army deployed two HIMARS combat vehicles to Romania during training last week but later returned it to a base in Germany.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by Forbes magazine. According to the report, the HIMARS system remained in Romania for several hours.

The magazine said the US move was a message to Moscow. He was surprised by Russia's grouping in Crimea.
