Tonoyan stole 27 million as soon as he resigned

Following the resignation of former Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan, $ 27 million was transferred from the Armenian Defense Ministry to offshore accounts.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by former Armenian law enforcement officer, blogger Varan Gukasyan.

The blogger said that Tonoyan will buy a house in Spain with this money. Gukasyan said the money was used to buy military equipment before Tonoyan's resignation.
