Without universal agreements in the information security sector, the world will be dragged into a cyber disaster.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

According to him, international information security is one of the issues on the agenda:

"Recent events in Libya show the need for cooperation on this issue. All countries of the world should cooperate in this field without exception. Without universal agreements, the world will face the risk of being dragged into a cyber disaster."
