Arbitrariness reigns in the Armenian Defense Ministry.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by "Graparak" newspaper.

According to the report, Pashinyan's newly appointed Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan has not yet gathered the ministry's staff and talked about future policies and challenges.

The positions of deputy ministers were also vacant. However, according to the staff, Armenia should have 4 deputy defence ministers.
