Lavrov spoke about the return of prisoners

Russia does not observe the deliberate postponement of the exchange of prisoners of war and corpses by the participants in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, but there are objective difficulties in making progress in this process.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"It's difficult to say whether there have been any deliberate steps to delay this process, we don't see anything like that," he said. "But it is also a fact that there are objective difficulties and I hope they will be resolved soon," Lavrov said.
