Putin called on the CSTO: help Karabakh

The trilateral declaration signed by Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan is being implemented consistently.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin during his speech at the CSTO summit.

"Russian peacekeepers have been deployed in the region. At present, it is necessary to provide assistance to solve the humanitarian problems of the victims. Russia is interested in joining all its CSTO and CIS partners in providing humanitarian assistance," he said.
