Tokayev on Karabakh: This is a historical agreement

This agreement will ensure long-term peace in the region.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Kazakh President Gasim Jomart Tokayev speaking at a CSTO meeting on the tripartite statement ending the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

"I think this is a historic agreement," he said.
