OSCE Chairman-in-Office: Karabakh war has ended

Thankfully, the military operations in Karabakh are over. Now is the time to fulfill the agreements.

Axar.az reports the statement came from OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Prime Minister of Albania, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Edi Rama said at the 27th meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers, which began today.

"I fully support the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. Substantive negotiations must be continued to achieve a comprehensive and long-term solution to this conflict, provided that trust is gained," he emphasized.
