The location of the Turkish military in Karabakh announced

Negotiations between Russia and Turkey on the establishment of a Russian-Turkish monitoring center are nearing completion.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by the Vestnik Kafkaza website.

The center will be located in Agdam. Turkish officers will monitor the implementation of the terms of the Declaration by drones from Agdam.

The observations will be carried out mainly in the areas inhabited by Armenians.
