Turkey appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

Turkey has been appointed a new ambassador to Azerbaijan.

Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ismail Alper Coskun has been replaced with Erkan Ozoral, who, prior to this appointment, was the deputy director general of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet reported.


The undersecretary of Turkey’s embassy in Azerbaijan, Meral Barlas, has been sent to Argentina as a new ambassador.
