The Kazakhstan government has resigned

The Kazakh government resigned after the parliamentary elections.

Axar.az reports that the decree on the resignation of the government was signed by Kazakh President Gasim Jomart Tokayev.

According to the decree, members of the old cabinet will temporarily exercise their powers until a new government is formed.

Parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan took place on January 10. Nazarbayev's Nur-Otan Party won the election.
