"Sad and depressed" Sargsyan fled Yerevan

The third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, has decided to leave Yerevan and move to Tsakhkadzor.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the Armenian newspaper Jovokhurd.

It was reported that the correspondent of the publication saw him in a restaurant in the resort town.

According to the newspaper, he was with the guards and looked very sad and depressed.
